I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and production before your order ships out.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, holidays, or weather conditions may cause delays. While most packages arrive on time, our carriers may experience delays outside our control. For this reason, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times; the shipping company is responsible for delivery issues.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, with no penalty. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. To cancel, simply reply to your order confirmation email with the subject line “CANCEL.”
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you’ve entered an incorrect or misspelled address, please reply to your order confirmation email with the correct details. We can correct your address within 24 hours. Be sure to notify us immediately!
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED.
We take great care in packing every item with extra padding. However, in rare cases (about 1 in 1000), items may be damaged due to mishandling by the carrier.
If this happens, please reach out to us with the following:
- Your order number
- A picture of the damaged product
We will gladly send you a replacement at no extra charge.
